Shipping
Processing time
Orders are processed within 24–48 hours on business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with your order number and a second email with tracking once your order ships.
Shipping rates
Free standard shipping on all orders, no minimum spend. Express options may be available at checkout.
Delivery estimates
Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days within Spain and 5–12 business days for the rest of Europe. These are estimates and not guarantees.
International shipping
We ship across the EU. Some restrictions may apply to certain products or destinations — any limitation is shown at checkout.
Returns
30-day returns
If something isn't right, you have 30 days from delivery to return it for a refund or exchange. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all accessories included.
How to start a return
Email decoxestore@gmail.com with your order number and the item you'd like to return. We'll send you return instructions and the return address.
Return shipping
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error or a faulty item. We recommend a tracked service and keeping the proof of postage.
Damaged or faulty items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 7 days with a photo and we'll arrange a free replacement or full refund.
Refunds
When refunds are issued
A refund is issued once we receive and inspect your returned item. Approved refunds are paid to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Refund amount
You're refunded the product price. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error or a faulty item.
Partial refunds
We may offer a partial refund if an item is returned used, incomplete, or damaged through no fault of ours. We'll always tell you why before any deduction is made.
Order cancellations
Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they ship. Once an order has shipped, it follows the standard returns process above.
Chargebacks
If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us first at decoxestore@gmail.com — we'll resolve it quickly. Unjustified chargebacks may delay future orders.
Privacy
Data we collect
We only collect what's necessary to fulfil your order: your name, email, shipping address, and payment details (processed securely by Wix and our payment providers). We never store full card numbers on our servers.
Why we collect it
Solely to process and ship your orders, send order updates, and — only if you opt in — occasional product updates. We do not profile you or use your data for anything beyond delivering the service you asked for.
Legal basis
We process your order data under the contract we form when you place an order, and any marketing email under your consent. You can withdraw consent and unsubscribe at any time.
Sharing
We share your data only with the services needed to fulfil your order (payment processor, shipping carrier) and never sell your personal information.
Data retention
We keep order data for as long as legally required for accounting and tax purposes, then delete it. Marketing data is removed when you unsubscribe or ask us to.
Your rights
Under GDPR you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and object to or restrict processing. Email decoxestore@gmail.com and we'll respond within 30 days.
Terms
Using this site
By placing an order you confirm you're authorised to use the payment method provided and that the information you give us is accurate. You must be at least 18 or have permission from a legal guardian.
Pricing & availability
Prices and availability can change without notice. Your order is accepted when we send a confirmation email; until then, no contract is formed and we may decline or cancel an order (with a full refund) if needed.
Product accuracy
We do our best to display products and fitment accurately. If you're unsure a part fits your vehicle, contact us before ordering. Colours may vary slightly from the images shown.
Payment
Payment is taken at checkout through our secure payment providers. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if a payment appears fraudulent.
Intellectual property
All content on this site — text, images, logos, and design — is owned by Decoxe and may not be reproduced without written permission.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any product is limited to the price you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Madrid, Spain.
